Mentioned in the Domesday Book as having two hives and a goat, Parndon Mill is now a hive of creative activity. The four storey mill and outbuildings provide studios and workshops for artists, craftsmen, designers and architects. And there is still a goat here! Now in its third year, The Gallery on the ground floor of the mill exhibits fine art and crafts chosen from the many talented artists and craftsmen who live and work in the vicinity. It has become a focus for artists, including those who have studios at Parndon Mill.
