In this workshop we will explored and move beyond the fears that hold us back and create art in a spontaneous, playful and adventurous way.
Discover how you can express yourself through visual images.
Rediscover the sense of play and exploration you had as a child.
Experiment with new ideas, new ways of expression and new ways of seeing, and so open you to the possibility of change within yourself and your relationships.
Cost per person: £45.00 (includes all materials, but please feel free to bring any of your own). Please bring lunch to share. Refreshments are included.
